Manage you time blocks better by putting a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, letting your phone go to voice mail, turning off app notifications, and set a time to check your emails and voice mails. When you’re planning your day, make sure you give yourself enough time to get to the destination you need to be at to do the tasks you have to do.
