Dr. DJ: The Time Management Diva

In “Dr. DJ: The Time Management Diva,” I speak with Dr. Johnson-Blake, best known as “Dr. DJ,” about time management strategies. Dr. DJ is an award-winning entrepreneur, educator, motivational leader, corporate trainer, and time management and certified life coach who focuses her career on helping other business professionals succeed. She offers weekly time management tips on social media and has a managing enrichment program. Dr. DJ is also the best-selling author of “52 Time Management Hacks.”

Manage you time blocks better by putting a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, letting your phone go to voice mail, turning off app notifications, and set a time to check your emails and voice mails. When you’re planning your day, make sure you give yourself enough time to get to the destination you need to be at to do the tasks you have to do. These are just a couple of the numerous tips and advice Dr. DJ mentions.

If you decide to try the Dr. DJ’s challenge of just working 40 hours and honoring your cut off times, send me a message! Dr. DJ will send you a free gift!

I guess you can take the girl out of Texas but you can't take Texas out of the girl. I was born here in Dallas and moved away at age 8. After 30 years of moving around the United States, as a child with the family and as an adult without them, I finally found myself back in Dallas. Since I returned in 2001 I have sold furniture for Crate&Barrel and Real Estate with Keller Williams. It is my hope to share with you what I love, question, and find interesting here in DFW.
